Sponsored: Hey, friends! I’m so excited to be checking in with you today. I know it’s been awhile…stressed and exhausted is an understatement. This new season of teaching is no joke. We’re being pulled in a million directions and we’re expected to know how to do everything instantly. I know it feels heavy at times, but I’m here to remind you that you’re crushing it and your best is more than enough. This season is new and different for all of us, no matter what your situation is or how long you’ve been teaching. Just remember that we’re all in this together and we can do hard things.
If you’re anything like me, I have a feeling you’re balancing a million things at once… Teaching in person, teaching virtual learners, managing your home life, and your own mental health is A LOT! Despite all of this, there are a few things that can help us survive this time together. Reliable internet, coffee, and a few good tech tools.
Verizon 5G At Home Wifi
I’m so excited to share with you that I’m partnering with Verizon to spread the news about their new in-home 5G Wireless Internet. Verizon 5G Home Internet is the first-ever 5G wireless network that uses 5G Ultra Wideband to power everything in a customer’s home. From low lag gaming to streaming video throughout the home, it’s ultra-fast internet that’s ready for today and for what comes next. Whether you’re working from home or making sure your students have all the tools for success in an at-home learning environment, with Verizon 5G, internet is never one of your worries.
Verizon 5G is ultra-fast, you’re able to set it up on your own time, it’s voice activated, and there are some amazing deals running right now! You can get your first 3 months free, a free Stream TV, and even a year of Disney+ for free as well. This deal ends on September 30th, so be sure to click the link to see if Verizon 5G is available where you live!
I’m currently in the classroom full time, but I’m still assisting with our virtual learners who opted for distance learning for the full semester. I’ve been sharing a few tips over the past few weeks that I’ve found helpful during this time. Today I’m sharing a tip that will help you stay organized and on top of things!
Google Keep
Have you ever utilized Google’s Keep feature? I love it! I just recently discovered that you can now even open your Keep app while you’re typing on a doc, in sheets, or even planning in Slides! There’s no need to leave your current tab to jot a note down…just pop open the sidebar and type whatever you need to remember! I love using Google Keep for all of my lists because I know I can access it from anywhere – school, home, on my computer, iPad, or even my phone! It’s great!
Another awesome idea for Google Keep is to create collaborative planning lists and share it with your teammates. You could also create to-do lists for your students and share it with them digitally! The possibilities are endless.
Stay connected, stay organized, and stay caffeinated friends. We’re all in this together! Be sure to check out Verizon to see if your address qualifies for 5G at home WiFi and grab all of the amazing deals before it’s too late!
